Shipping costs

Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of weight and number of items. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, Iceland or the Balkan countries) we calculate the item prices at the checkout without German VAT (tax-free export delivery); the deduction appears as soon as you have selected your delivery country. Import VAT, customs duties and any clearance fee of the destination country are charged to the recipient by the carrier or the authorities and are not included in our prices.

Northern Ireland is listed as a country of its own: under the Windsor Framework, deliveries to Northern Ireland are treated like deliveries within the EU, so prices include VAT and no import charges apply. Please select “Northern Ireland” (all Northern Irish postcodes start with BT) rather than “Great Britain”, which covers England, Scotland and Wales.

France, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain: excluding islands and special delivery areas. Countries not listed above: unfortunately we cannot ship there.

Payment methods

PayPal – you can also pay by credit or debit card without a PayPal account, and use the “Pay Later” option. Payment is encrypted; your card details never reach our shop.

Bank transfer (prepayment) – you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation by email. We manufacture and ship once payment has been received.

Minimum value of goods for Great Britain

For deliveries to Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) the value of goods must be at least 165,00 € net, excluding shipping. Below this value the British import rules would require us to charge UK VAT, which we cannot offer at present. This minimum does not apply to Northern Ireland.

Oversize items

Some made-to-measure items are classed as bulky goods because of their size. These can only be delivered to an address in Germany. If your basket contains such an item, the delivery country is fixed to Germany at checkout – you can remove the item there to have the rest of your order delivered elsewhere.

Returns

Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send anything back on your own – e-mail us first and we will send you a free return label for your country; returns you arrange yourself are not reimbursed. Made-to-measure items are manufactured to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Details on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Delivery time

All items – made to measure and standard articles alike – are manufactured and dispatched within approx. 8 working days. The delivery time is also stated on every product page.
